Message	:it wont hurt as long as your using good soap I go to those do-it-yourself car washes where you spray the high-pressure soap then brush with the soft soapy brush. I have a converitble, so I don't touch the top with the brush. Then I spray on some wax and rub it in with good quality micro-fibre clothes. - JD
